Customer came in with their 125k mile Mercury that was having a blinking overdrive off light illuminate on the dash. Our scan tool confirmed the Transmission Fluid Temperature (TFT) sensor was faulty. The customer also informed us they didn’t recall the trans ever being serviced and they were the original owners. So we performed a fluid change and filter replacement per customer request. Shifts are much more improved and no more blinking light.
