Had a customer call in requesting a dyno pull to see what their newly acquired Cobra could do. On the first pull; the car’s power and RPMs completely dipped down to an almost dead state three-quarters of the way through the full pull.
Shutting the car down we found the fuel filter was so clogged the car was gasping for fuel, and as a result of the car going so lean so rapidly the spark plugs were also toast. A full set of NGK TR6 V-power plugs and a Motorcraft fuel filter have this Cobra ready to strike with over 400 horsepower on its best pull.
