We installed a customer supplied subframe connector kit on this ’70 Mach 1 to add to the rest of the custom front end suspension that is already equipped on the car. Tightens up the overall feel of the car and eliminates excessive body roll.
This ’68 came into our shop this week with some driveability concerns; and after some sorting out we concluded a switch to a better Holley 4bbl carb to replace the malfunctioning Demon double pumper was the best option and the customer agreed. Car runs substantially better now.
When this neat old Ford came into the shop sputtering and coughing; the owner had no idea where to begin or if we could remedy it. Turns out the tired old carb was just in need of a minor overhaul and some adjustments. Runs and drives great now and even picked up a few HP in the process!
Customer brought in an ’03 Cobra complaining of backlash noise; disassembling the rear end showed the shims were worn creating a side to side slop as well as the backlash that was the original concern. Now rebuilding entire diff.
