Upgrading rear differential components is a vital part to helping you move off the line; but it also requires skill and patience to properly set up to prevent howling and chatter. We are putting in a new Trac-Loc and 3.73 gear set in the back of this ’89 fox body. On the older models; a new speedometer drive gear replacement is required for an accurate speedometer.
