Customer came in with complaints of rear end chatter that was intensifying more and more. The friction modifier in the rear differential fluid was spent causing the clutches to fail. Unfortunately, it was driven too long this way and a rebuild was necessary. But we were able to tackle it and the truck is chatter free now.
