Turbo Volvo wagon!!
The guys at RSI brought us the wagon to tune awhile ago and it turned out awesome! They always bring us well sorted car to tune.
Car runs an O44 pump 1000cc inj E-85 fuel system running MS2 management. The engine is a custom built 8 valve head 2.4 liter Volvo engine. The turbo is a gt3076 with a trick equal length manifold and tial gates on the split scroll exhaust side. Boost came in at 34 PSI when we ran out of injector and fuel pressure. So a set of 1500’s are in the works. Maybe pump upgrade as well.
The ecu is running built in boost control and idle control with waste spark ignition.
Also, we had a 07 Shelby gt350 car that we tuned with the Edelbrock E-Force SC system on it.
This car posed a few challenges with the DBW system and the throttle body supplied in the kit. The new TB requires its characteristics to be inputed into the PCM in Ford engineering language in order to work properly. This requires a fair amount of time to get all of the DBW tables to work with each other properly. Once that part of the job is completed, the rest went pretty smoothly. Car made great power and runs well.
